On 16 October 2010, the painting Spring in Countryside by Anatoly Kryvolap was put up for auction at Ducat auction house. The artwork was created in 2001, only one year after the painter had moved from Kyiv to a small and cozy village of Zasupoyivka, not far from Yagotyn. The painting reflects the artist’s perception of the striking difference between the vibrant city life and life in a quiet countryside.
